Bike racks are located on Level B2 in the car park.

Ensure your contact details are kept up to date with building management so you receive important broadcasts especially for emergencies like burst water pipes.

Resident parking is on B2. No unpaid visitor parking is available; guests must pay for parking. Violating parking rules can result in charges or suspension of your parking access card.

• The garbage room is located on B1, next to the car park exit (to Balmain Road).
• Use your security card for access.
• Only dispose of regular rubbish and recyclables. For large household items, use the council's bi-annual collection or the weekend transfer station in Leichhardt. Improper disposal will incur removal costs.

Located outside the Leichhardt Library on the Piazza level, the health club is for residents only. Access with your security card.

NBN is available. Contact your provider for connection details. Technicians will have the necessary keys to access the MDF, located in the south-eastern corner of the car park on B1.

• Entry Access Cards: provided by your real estate agent.
• Lift Card: access to the lift and mail room.
• Car Park Card: access to the car park. Two cards per car space.
• For new or replacement cards, download the application form from the website and submit it to building management.

Located on Level B1 next to the garbage room. Access with your security card. Please ensure security when using the mail room.

• Notification: please inform the building manager at least 48 hours in advance of your move-in or move-out date.
• Instructions: move furniture and goods according to the building manager's directions, using the designated lifts and entrances.

Pets are permitted please check the by-laws on our website for more information. Small pets must be carried through commercial areas; large animals must be on a leash. Anyone caught allowing pets to urinate or defecate will be issued a cleaning fee.

If planning any renovations, you must download and submit the works application form available on the website before commencing any work.

Be vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the building manager or security.

No smoking in lifts or common property. If smoking on the balcony, ensure that smoke does not drift into other units.

• Gas: supplied to the kitchen cooktop. Shut-off valve is under the kitchen bench. Your water heater is electric.
• Electricity: switchboard is in the cupboard above the fridge space. Ensure all switches on the distribution board are in the 'on' position.
• Water: usage is billed directly to the lot owner.
